RABBI WOLFF
A Gentleman before God
Willy Wolff is nearly 90 and quite likely the most unconventional Rabbi in the world. During his time as State Rabbi of North-East Germany, he looked after the Jewish Communities in Schwerin and Rostock, all the while commuting to and from his bungalow home near Henley-on-Thames. In his spare time, whether he's visiting orthodox relatives in Jerusalem, practicing yoga on a fasting retreat, placing bets at the Royal Ascot races or carol singing at Windsor Castle, age and convention are two things that cannot stand in the way of his unsurpassable energy for life.
